REMEMBER – Rule 243 of the Highway Code states that you must not park opposite or within 10 metres (32 feet) of a junction, except in an authorised parking space. What’s the penalty: potentially you could receive a fixed penalty of between £50-£100 for causing an unnecessary obstruction!
