There are only a few weeks to go before the Ouse Valley Way Marathon and preparations are gathering pace. 

Unlike previous years, the event has struggled to attract runners and local volunteers to act as marshals.  The latest promotion flyer is attached. The organisers have asked if anyone in Great Paxton would volunteer to act as marshals on the day.  They have always been able to rely on local residents to man the route marshal points close to their village/town, but no longer hold contact details for them.  In the happy event that you willing to volunteer could you please contact the Chief Marshal, Felicity Parker-Seale on felicity87@sky.com or the Race Director, Gerry Pye on gerrypye66@gmail.com;
